Orders & Production

How are your pieces made?
Every item from CHAPTER ONE LAB is made to order using high-quality, eco-conscious production methods. The moment you place your order, it is routed to our print-on-demand facility to be produced specifically for you. This means no mass inventory, no textile waste, and a product made with intention.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production begins within 1 hour of your order being placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes. Please double-check your size selection before completing checkout. If you have an urgent issue, contact us immediately at hello@chapteronelab.com and we will do our best to help.

Shipping & Tracking

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders include a production window of 2–4 business days before shipping. After that:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days in transit
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days in transit

How do I track my order?
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, an automated email with your tracking link will be sent to the address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking page to update.

Sizing & Fit

How do your pieces fit?
Our tees and hoodies are designed with an oversized, heavyweight streetwear silhouette. They are sized to fit true to size. If you prefer an exaggerated, draping oversized look, we recommend sizing up one size.

What are the care instructions?
To keep your piece looking its best:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors
  • Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest lifespan
  • Do not iron directly over any graphic print

Returns & Damaged Items

What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes or change of mind. Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind every piece we send out. If your order arrives with a print defect, fabric issue, or the wrong item was sent, email us at hello@chapteronelab.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
