Thank you for shopping at CHAPTER ONE LAB. Every piece we make is produced to order, specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final
Because every item is custom-made to order at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes, change of mind, or any reason other than a defect or fulfillment error on our end. Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand fully behind the quality of every piece that leaves our facility. If your order arrives with any of the following, you are entitled to a free replacement:
- A print defect or misprint
- A fabric tear or manufacturing flaw
- The wrong item was sent
To initiate a replacement, email us at hello@chapteronelab.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will review your request and ship a replacement at no cost to you if the issue qualifies.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled. If approved, your refund will be returned to your original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on your card issuer, but typically appear within 5–10 business days.
