Shipping & Fulfillment
How Your Order Is Made
Every piece from CHAPTER ONE LAB is made to order. The moment you place your order, it goes straight to our print-on-demand facility to be produced specifically for you. We don't hold bulk inventory — this is intentional. It means less waste, better quality control, and a product made with your order in mind.
Production Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for printing, quality inspection, and packaging before your item ships. This window begins the next business day after your order is placed.
Shipping Times
Once your order leaves our facility, estimated transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Your total delivery time = Production time + Shipping transit time.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is picked up by our shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or DHL), you will automatically receive a tracking link at the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking page to update after you receive this email.
International Orders
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing times may add additional delays beyond the transit windows listed above.
